Operator Phantom, birth name Lucian, is a top operator hailing from the remote Calais Blason, a rural province of Victoria, now no longer in existence. Due to his proficiency in repeated battlefield penetration, the Feline had been named a Specialist Executor operator, boasting nine years' worth of combat experience, working as an independent assassin around Victoria before he joined Rhodes Island as an operator. Phantom is often spotted with his black cat, Miss Christine.

Not much is known about Phantom's personal life; he is both man and mystery, and aside from the fact that he used to be a member of a famous travelling theatre troupe known as the Crimson Troupe (who was actually assassins in disguise) as well as another fact (supported by his medical file) that he was an Infected, not much is otherwise known about him. He wielded Arts that enables him to manipulate shadows in addition to his exceptional combat skills; the former also allows him to create a shadow clone, in appearance often like himself, although Phantom could alter its form.

Phantom has a slightly negative view towards his Oripathy treatment, and he usually avoided contact with other operators and people in general. He was a staff member in the Rhodes Island's Dreambind Castle escape room experience, and had been recruited by operator Nian to play the role of one of the agents in her spy movie. He seemed to have a good relationship with The Doctor, commander of Rhodes Island.
